Great location and perfect for a quick snack or coffee whilst waiting for flights. Friendly service, a very clean and well maintained area despite the heavy traffic. The butterscotch muffin was delicious!

I really like this Muffin Break outlet. It opens early so we can always get a muffin and a drink even for a 6am flight. They have a few vegan options such as 2 muffins, a toastie and a curry pie.
Plant milk does not cost extra, which is amazing! Staff is always friendly and efficient, despite the stressful environment and many rude/inconsiderate customers.
My only wish would be a "normal" muffin, such as choc chip, but vegan!

A generic muffin break consistency very well located in the domestic waiting lounge.
Especially convenient for early flights to grab a light breaky and a coffee.
A tad understaffed at the moment and on the peak hours could be a bit messy in the sitting area etc but quite good in general.

Very sad looking 'wrap'. Which was supposed to contain chicken snitchel, instead a sad looking breaded slice of chicken deli meat :-(

Chicken and leek pie was tasteless. Pastry undercooked and bland. Filling gluggy and bland. Didn't enjoy it at all. Very disappointing. Tables are dirty and cleaning unattended to

Coffee bitter and burnt.
Was supposed to be vanilla latte. No hint of vanilla or even sugar. She yelled "vanilla latte" when it was ready so she knew it was supposed to be.
They never clean the coffee machine.
Make sure you follow up with your team and implement and necessary retraining... 🙄
Edit: 4 months later, coffee machine still filthy, hasn't been wiped over once in 4 months.

Go where the people go. At the airport and needing a coffee and with several options available, it’s always best to pick the busiest place as it generally is the better place. The lines move quickly though as they have two people using the coffee machines. If travelling Jetstar, pack a muffin for on the plane as well.
