Revolucion Mexicana

Went there alone for lunch one day and BAM!! Left a great impression. Is I hope I don’t over sell it to others and you should assess the food yourself. Tacos - amazing. Fish tacos are grand!! Tostada’s are a fantastic experience and for me fun to eat. Environment is great and the owner (well the gentleman who interacted with us) was super bubbly and fun. I’m sure the lady who was smashing out the food for us is just as nice :) Forgot to mention that hot sauce!!!

This place is a beautiful little authentic slice of Mexico. Run by the nicest, sweetest most hard working people. Do not be afraid to engage with them and talk :) The food is super authentic, tasty and filling. We had 3 different tacos (beef, chicken, fish (the best)) with a tasty af homemade hot sauce. Washed down with the delicious in-house agua and sangria. Enjoyed the service and food so much we ordered chicken quasadeas for the road which were freakin amazing! If you are chasing authentic Mexican cuisine do yourself a favour and come here. I had a lovely lunch and that had nothing to do with the amazing woman I was sitting with ❤

Revolution Mexicana is where my partner and I had our first ever date. The food was amazing and the owner and chef are wonderful bubbly people. Ever since my partner and I would go to this restaurant for any anniversaries and celebrations, this restaurant is our special gem. I saw today that it’s temporarily closed and I couldn’t help but cry, the owner did say he was thinking about going back to Mexico, hopefully he comes back, but honestly I just hope he finds happiness where ever he may be. The homemade chilli sauce knocks your socks off, and the whole menu is the best food you’ll ever eat! Thank you for the beautiful memories Revolutionaries Mexicana
