I had never had hogget before so purchased a half leg from Salter & King. My husband, friends and I sat down to an EXTREMELY delicious meal on Sunday of roast hogget. It was gorgeous. Can't wait to roast the leg of mutton I also bought. Well done!

If you are near Aldeburgh and need a burger fix Salter & King is the place to go. It's all about meat quality, pickled onions and cheese. It's simply good. This burger is on my top 3 burger list in the UK. Burgers available Friday and Saturday
