Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Cross Keys. An extremely comfortable and spacious room with a fabulous sea view.
The whole staff team were welcoming, friendly and really looked after us, throughout our stay.
We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts served each morning next to the wood burner. Highly recommend!!

On our day out to Aldeburgh we had a really nice meal and drinks, the bar staff were lovely and very helpful.

I came in with my 3 children for lunch. We arrived around 11.30 and had drinks while we waited for the kitchen to open at 12.
The staff were so friendly and helpful.
The children got access to good WiFi so they were happy.
We ordered at 12 on the dot and food came around 15 minutes later.
I had the BLT toasted sandwich. It was amazing.
The kids had chicken goujons and chips.
They all enjoyed the chicken, little disappointed that they didn't get french fries and they were potato wedges but you can't please them all!
Over all really good lunch. Great staff. Clean throughout and my 4 year old daughter commented on how lovely the toilet smelt! 4 happy customers and will be returning.
Quite snug, and at the moment you're allowed to bring in your own fish and chips, because of staff shortages in the kitchen, mid-week. Ok outdoor seating, dog friendly and a good selection of beers. I always pop in when I am in town.
A lovely place to stay and would book again without hesitation. Great location, very good food and the team could not do enough for us.

Once again my only complaint
Was I’m Coeliac GF ..a medical condition and the pub is still not serving GF lager .
This is very frustrating as there are so many in the market now . And what’s the point in having GF foods with no GF lagers ?
I really want to return to this pub so please get some GF lagers in .

Despite the summer beach crowd the service was excellent and so was the Broadside and crab salad - this pub is well suited to both summer and winter visits
Very reasonable price for Aldeburgh and very nice, spacious rooms. An amazing breakfast was included, and the staff were very helpful and friendly - even assisting us when one of our party was attacked by a seagull. Great location right in the centre but off the main road. There is no onside parking but plenty of places nearby. The rooms are over the bar, so we could hear noise from downstairs, but it didn't get too loud or go on too late.
