This was one of the worst places I've ever eaten at in my life, the dishes were dirty the customer service was terrible the waitress Candace never came and introduced herself to us, my sister just so happened to glance at her name badge as she was walking by, there was food all over the floor and the buffet about 50% empty the whole time we were there I would never recommend this place, and I would recommend that you all train your employees on customer service, all of the cups at the entryway were filthy so I had to buy a to go cup which cost me more for my family of six also the silverware were dirty so I had to ask for a cup of hot water to clean my silverware, the employee should care about their customers and treat them like they're human and not ignore them the whole time they're in the place of business until it's time to go and then think they're supposed to get a tip. I was very saddened by this because I live in Springfield Illinois and our customer service at that location was great!

Came right at 5pm. Taste like the food has been sitting out, nothing was stocked, and overall just a bad experience. Tiffany however was great! She made sure everything was taken care of and we were doing ok. Other workers were just yelling to each other across the restaurant, a lot of standing around instead of refilling the food. I never make a pad post but it was just ridiculous. All the food seemed dry, won’t be back.

Their selections over the past few years have decreased. The dishes are still dirty. Good luck getting a cup of coffee before you're done eating also. Took me 20 minutes to get my coffee. Sooo done going there!

The food was bland and taste-less. Some of the food options had no name plate so you couldn't tell what it was or what was in it. I do not eat beef or pork so I was afraid to try sides that had meat in them because I couldn't see if it was turkey or pork and of course no sign to let me know.

Great experience. Staff very friendly. Food was hot and fresh and everything on salad bar all fresh. Great experience especially being a holiday. Reasonably priced for all 3 of us seniors.

Not a great experience for myself or my husband. Between the food being either stale or cold, nothing was labeled so half the things we looked at we weren’t entirely sure what was being served. Trash and food all over the floors..came back from the salad bar and found ants crawling on my silverware, and families with multiple people both kids and adults screaming and hollering. Not worth 35$ for two people

Alton Golden Coral was horrible to say the least. The glasses were all stained with white film on the glasses. When we made the staff aware that the cups were dirty one man who I think was the supervisor was smart mouthing in the back about having to rewash the cups. Not sure if he knew that he could be heard and I meant what I said about the dirty cups it went quiet. Once inside there was empty containers and leftover options that had been played over and was cold. It took about 25 mins before they started being food out to the bars. The waitress that we had was rude as well. We sat there for over a hour and was only greeted twice from our waitress. We still tipped her but not as good as we normally tip good waitress.
