Food was great, worker even gave me a tickle behind the counter. Was slightly disappointed when I went to the toilet and found someone had an accident and it hadn’t been cleaned up. Not sure why there was a spade in the bathroom too?

Under new management from my previous 4 star review: I don't go anywhere for chips in Alton now. Being a vegan I'm slightly limited to what I can eat from there but never had a bad experience from either the product or the staff.

Im not a fish and chips lover, but i can honestly say i wont complain about stopping off and grabbing some food from here. The owner's are so welcoming and chatty. Everything is freshly cooked but its worth the wait and you can see its prepared and cooked with love. The shop is clean and tidy. Definitely recommend 😊❤️

Ordered from here for the 1st time on fish and chip Friday and the service was brilliant, very friendly staff. The fish and chips are amazing. The fish for a medium was huge and delicious one of the best fish and chip shops i have ever tasted.
