It was reasonably priced and very tasty. It is also halal which was a big plus.
Food is always incredible
I'm celiac and lactose intolerant, so finding food anywhere is nightmare. HOWEVER, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me choose something 😀 made freshly. Can't thank them enough. Absolutely yummy. My son and mum had the normal wrpas, etc, which they said was fresh and tasty. Thank you to amazing staff 😉
Nice place to grab a Halal meal in Alton Towers. We enjoyed the chicken nuggets and chips, the Chicken Tikka roll with nan and the Lamb Kebab roll with nan. The food was hot and tasted good.
Tasty and great value lunch had at Eastern Express! Really enjoyed the Chicken Tikka - didn’t expect to get a lunch for such good value (as normally bring my own) - very impressed!
They do Halal food which is a relief for our families. Taste wise it's ok, Service is really quick I wish they could include Halal pizzas too! Before this we used to bring our own food due to unavailability of Halal food.
Pricing is decent for a theme park. Soft drinks 500ml bottle £2.55, Can 330ml was £1.50. Main meal was £6.99 which includes rice, curry and pita bread. Lots of seating area. All the meals are Halal. I think, this is the only place which serves Halal food at the park as far as I know. There are two of them. One is this and the other one near the Rita ride. There are chicken burger for £3, Kebab wraps and chips. Vegetarian options were there too. I always go to this restaurant whenever I go to Alton Towers.
The blonde lady who served me was really nice and informative. Food (mixed kebab) was really tasty
Amazing place for South Asian food. veggie and vegan options are excellent and service is quick. very good value and a great alternative to the usual greasy bland and processed rubbish you get elsewhere at a theme park. Also, very family friendly.

With all the franchised food outlets disappearing from the park, this establishment offers a welcome alternative to the endless burger orientated eateries elsewhere. The food was good and reasonable value for money. We enjoyed a very tasty curry and pakora platter. The vegetable pakora was excellent quality. Staff were friendly and chatty.
About the only non-burger (etc) food place in Alton Towers. Curry tolerable, ok for this type of venue. Kebabs very fresh, we'll worth a try. Often quiet in here because most people want burgers!
£5 for a chicken tikka meat pitta bread in a theme park isn't bad. The bread and the chicken were cooked fresh too. Only thing that let it down was the slow service (there was no queue)
