I've been a few times, most recently last night, and have never had a bad meal.
In particular yesterday (despite us being over an hour late for our booking - sorry about that!) I once again had a great meal and probably one of the best steaks I've had in years.

Delicious food and wonderful service. Visited with our friends and their young son. We had the special Moroccan Fish Stew, Steak with sauce bordelaise, Chicken Katsu and Chicken Noodles. All of them were well prepared, tasty and generous portions. For dessert we couldn’t resist the Lemon Meringue Pie and Tarte Tatin to finish the meal off. A must visit!

Love this place, great atmosphere which is helped by the decor. Food is very good, I had a fish burger with home made tartar sauce and salad, which comes with couscous and lots of different leaves, olives, hazelnuts and sultanas and my grandson had a salt beef sandwich with a side salad. The beef was about an inch thick and very tender, all yummy. We were both too full to manage dessert lol.

HIDDEN GEM! The owner is simply delightful and is very accommodating, not to mention the standard of food. We have been here a number of times and have been simply brown away. The chicken burger is a must have! Not only does he offer a take away service, he is also exceptional with his table service. A very romantic and authentic restaurant.

I blame myself so much for not coming here earlier this year. This place is a hidden GEM of Amersham. The service is excellent, quality and taste is there and for a very fair price. It’s a MUST to come eat here. Eldad that will welcome you here is so passionate about sharing what he loves : yummy food and his guests. You’ll feel it, you’ll try it, you’ll love it ! I have been to Darmon Deli nearly 20 times over the last 9-10 months. I have always left the restaurant very satisfied. You will find EXCELLENCE every time you come there. The food is perfect, everything is well balanced and very tasty. Every mouthful is a sensory journey for the taste buds. The service is always so fantastic and attentive. I invite guests there regularly who are always amazed by the level of quality that Eldad and his wife (the great cook) provide. You will love this place once you try it.

Been to Darmon for coffee and cake in the past but never tried their dinner. Heard all the good things about it so decided to give it a try. We went in last night and felt like being in France somewhere with sunshine and the decor of the restaurant. 3 of us had Coq au Vin and house red. Wow... Chicken was tender and flavoursome and the portion was generous. Wine was organci and beautiful. I forgot to take the picture of my main as I demonlished it so quickily! Luckily, I was too full to tuck in my dessert straight away so I managed to take a picture of my pavlova with berries and ice cream and my friend‘s New York cheesecakes with raspberry sauce. We were all pleasantly surprised and impressed how good our dinner were. Come and give it a try if you are in the area. I am sure you will enjoy it like we did.

Superb restaurant!
It really went beyond my expectations to have 3 different cuisines with such high level of authenticity: I had a Moroccan pastry as starter, Vietnamese Beef Bún as main and French Macaron as dessert.
All finished as shining plates!!
I'm so glad I didn't miss this gem. It genuinely deserves 5 ⭐
