Ordered a grilled chicken sub with extra cheese n Mayo n lettuce he got the sub with chicken no Mayo no lettuce no cheese I ordered small Mozzarella sticks they came with the cheese all bursted out n hard as heck I call back the guy picks up n saids they are officially closed so I call right back and told him my order was messed up he saids well u didn’t ask I’m pretty sure I’m the one ordering I know what I asked for sir I asked him to write a script for some one to call me in the am it’s been a week n I’m just all done with them..! I am a regular n this was the 3rd time they have messed up my order at night and that guys was very rude over the phone I paid for what I order to be properly made and to call about an order and not to get what I paid for is just upsetting n unprofessional n on top of it all no one cares to call me back 🤬😡 Quick to take the money but not quick to fix the order they want to act like the order came out of their pocket instead of just fixing it 😳
