Dunkin'

Never had a worse DD experience. Trudged through snow after a storm for some coffee and a sandwich; everybody there agreed that the cashier was "on something." They messed up our order FOUR times. First, they gave us a single bag with our order and that of three other, SEPARATE, parties. Then, they ignored ingredient/allergen instructions completely. When I asked them to correct it, they made the wrong order AGAIN. By the fourth time, they'd gotten it right (albeit forgetting an item).

Ordered curbside pick about 10 minutes before my expected arrival so it would be ready shortly after I was to arrive. After waiting for 15 minutes in the designated curbside pick spot, they only have 1 by the way, I called to check on order and got please leave message.. voicemail. Waited another 10 minutes and decided better go in to check on order Lo and behold there it was sitting in the to go shelving clearly marked as curbside pickup.

Terrible customer service! I was shocked by the extremely rude treatment by a woman sever at the register. After, getting my coffee that needed adjusting (I was not rude, just wanted my coffee the way I like it) I went back to counter to just ask a question. The woman at the counter had her back to me and did not respond. i thought she had head phones and tried to get her attention a few times. Finally someone else answered my simple question. I could not believe that she just completely ignored me. There were no other customers. I haven’t been in this shop in a long time because I moved to another part of town but I would never go back.

On 4/29/21 me and my girlfriend who is 8 months pregnant stopped for an emergency bathroom stop.(pregnant people go often!) I walked up to the counter to order something so she could use the bathroom, well known bathroom is for paying customers . The girl working the counter at roughly 4pm said "no they are closed" that's it! No apologies, no exceptions for the very pregnant girl. No suggestions where to go. Just 4 words and a blank stare..what lousy service. Well deserved 1 star cuz your employee is terrible. Open your bathrooms for paying customers,give training on customer service, and have some compassion for other humans. McDonald's right down the road was more then willing to open up a bathroom for her, even a congrats as we left..total opposite
