Can’t say enough about the quality and variety. Wonderful ice cream and milk and friendly staff. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. The restrooms were well stocked and clean too. The little one fell in love with peppermint ice cream and the person who helped us gave her a big bowl of sprinkles. She’s in heaven!

The burgers were cold. The shakes didn't seem to be mixed very well. The service was okay,but nothing over the top. Took forever to order in DT especially since only one car was ahead of me. My son's kids meal was disappointing especially since the fries were covering the bottom of the bag. I understand it's fast food but it looked and tasted more like rushed food.

Usually, they have great burgers here in Andover. Not this time. Undercooked and bland. Seriously needed seasoned and not a cold patty slapped on a cold, bun. Not toasted, or warmed, but fresh out of the bag and cold. I realize everyone is struggling to find people who are willing to work, don't know how to work, but this is a terrible trend I'm seeing in many restaurants. Hope this isn't beginning a norm here.

What the heck is wrong with the teenage guys serving the ice cream. I asked for 2 shakes. One chocolate and one cheesecake. The guy hands me a cup of ice cream NOT EVEN BLENDED. I reminded him "no no man, a shake please." He then blends it and only gives me ONE SHAKE. WHATS WRONG WITH THESE GUYS? TOO MUCH POT SMOKING FRIED THEIR BRAINS OR WHAT?! I left with one shake, because the goober was wasting time while I was standing there with my 3 year old. What a waste. 3 guys cleaning up and neither of them could even ring me out. Orderd two dine in meals and two burgers plan, no bun. Picking up our order we noticed the plan burgers were not there. My husband asked the same boy for the rest of our order and he said he didnt know how to punch it in so he left it off. After waiting for the manager to fill the order. We purchased eggs and milk. The lady in line before us left with out her change because the same boy could not count back money. So we used our card again and he couldnt manage to get a receipt. Please train your help better.
