Lovely abode. The atmosphere was pleasant. Especially on nice days. Ordered the Tiger Milk Tea, and was pleasantly surprised. The milk tea part was actually pretty good, I wish I could've adjusted the sugar level though, it's a bit too sweet. The boba tasted pretty good as well, but the texture wasn't too great. It wasn't offensively bad, but the texture was a bit grainy and rough. Excellent customer service, order was very quick. Overall, I'm excited to finally have a bubble tea place in town.

We are a very sad family that used to love this gelato place in Andover. The new owners are horrific with customer service. We waited over 20 mins to be served while they took 6 people in front of us when we were paid and waiting patiently. We confronted to boy at the register and he was so RUDE said “we don’t work like that l” I said but we were here before Those people now getting ice cream. We left with out our drinks and paid for them over 13 dollars. We will not be back EVER. CRUSHED. RUDE AND NOT EBEM WORTH IT.

All time place for a gelato fix, coffee injection, or a hot and melty panini craving. Awesome owners who are customer focused. I'll always drop in when I am in the neighborhood. Their outdoor patio is the best in Andover.

Smelled like a loundromat, the boba was too sweet and the pearls were hard to bite. They wouldn't take it back and said it would be 15 minutes to remake with soft boba.
Threw away the drink.

Terrible, had to throw it straight in the trash because it was way too sweet and the tapioca balls were stale. Horrible customer service.

How many days in a row can I stop into Mr. Gelato? Sol and her staff are so pleasant. While we love eating our way through the gelato flavors we’ve also fallen in love with the bubble teas. The coffee milk and tapioca is addicting and the fruit slushees are going to be on summer rotation!
