I really like how this place is decorated and lit. With pals, it's a great spot to hang out! However, I always had some hot tea and other cold beverages as well as some sweets. They were fine, although I thought the sweets were a little overpriced. I ended up with the wrong drink after a few mix-ups with my take-out orders. Check your order before you leave the store.

Terrible service. Lousy espresso. Bathrooms were filthy. I ordered a double espresso from the indifferent barista on Sat. 5/28/22 @ 3:15pm. While waiting for the espresso I used the restroom. Ugh... Picked up my espresso on the way out and tasted it. It was flat, tasted off, had no crema at all. Looks like someone needs additional training. Won't be coming back to this location.

This place routinely overcharges. Sign says soup is $4.75, $3.00 with any sandwich. They charged me full price and when I asked about the soup and sandwich deal the server said she would have to “take that sign down”… and she took the sign down. The one that I’m pretty sure was issued corporately, cause it’s a chain… mmmkay

I was very disappointed today in my visit to the Andover location… my 13 year old daughter wanted a strawberry banana smoothie before school and when she took her first sip there was a staple in the smoothie!! I’m so thankful that she knew to spit it out and that I didn’t give my two year old the first sip!! I went inside and told the workers and they just replied with an okay?! No sympathy no offer of a refund or remake or anything I thought this was super unprofessional!! I’m nervous to return.

Such a gem. Got avocado and salmon toast, an oatmilk latte and a slice of lemon cake (not pictured) as a sweet treat. All were delicious but the real star is the ambiance. The rustic shelves lined with gorgeous bound books is perfection. Will definitely return.

Wow, first and most important, the cold brew tastes amazing. Second, the staff was super friendly and energetic. Ha, Possibly because the drink a lot of coffee? Great place to get some work done.
