Had been notified of quarter pounder with cheese for only 99p on the app so decided to pick one up whilst I was out. The burger was freshly cooked. Tasty as usual and a bargain

Popped in for breakfast and especially for the coffee! Everything was piping hot and good quality. Was even approached by a friendly young chap cleaning and doing his best to be busy who was very polite and asked if I needed anything. He wished me a good day when I was finished. A nice touch I will be sure to visit again!

Pleasantly surprised by my maccie d experience. Love the ordering machines, and food prepped quickly. Staff very polite and smiley. Premises clean with plenty of parking. Even my vegan daughter was happy!

Ordered food in store, asked for a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal, asked for no egg as I am allergic, got to my car as it was take out, opened the muffin and found an egg but no cheese, it’s not rocket science……. I removed the egg and ate my sausage muffin with no cheese, food was hot and tasted fine….. but why can’t it be done right? Coffee was lovely, but if I had eaten the egg I would of been very poorly, this should be checked properly as someone could become very ill, not a happy customer

If I count all the times I have been to McDonald's all my life, it would be in the hundreds, and there is always sometimes when they get it wrong, however this particular branch tends to get it wrong more often than usual.
I have read another comment and I am glad I am not alone, as this had never happened to me before, everything looked fine but the beef patty was not in the bun! I was shocked.
Another time, I ordered the chicken version of a seasonal burger and when I got home I realised it was the beef one.
I do not have any dietary or religious restrictions so I just ate it but it could be a bigger issue for someone who cannot eat beef, it is a big inconvenience to drive all the way back to McDonald's.
The good thing is though, that McDonald's as a larger scale corporation, do care about customer services and customer experience, so every time something like this has happened, we always got a voucher for our next meal.
I have to say, even though there are packing and kitchen mistakes more often than it should, the staff do their best and there is a great orchestrated precision making the ordering, payment and serving very fast and convenient, but at some point in the chain, they have to keep an eye to make sure the order is complete and the patty is in the bun!.
