Went to buy coffee and was given two room temp coffees. I asked the girl at the drive through window to take the cold coffee back and that I wanted fresh ones. She simply microwaved the coffee and handed it back to me. I knocked on the window and asked for my money back and told her what she did. Please hire honest employees, these girls who worked on Sunday, April 24th around 5:30 PM need to do a better job and not deceive customers.

I love Dunkin Donuts don't get me wrong I love their ice coffee but when your order is messed up almost every time you come to the store like I'm paying for nothing. Communication in a workplace is key. I understand a lot of places don't have enough employees I'm more than patient I am tired of paying for something when it's not even what I ordered.

Usually met with low grade customer service at the drive thru, but I’ve also been met with exceptional customer service as well.
Food items get all the stars! Wish I could rate based on categories instead of a general #/5
But it’s still one of my (and my 5 year old’s) favorite place to go.

These workers are good. Bad location for them to do their best. I have issues picking up mobile orders pretty often due to the store layout they often keep larger orders behind the counter somewhere.

Staff was friendly but one lady rolled her eyes at me because I wanted them to change the napkins. I think she was just feeling overworked in that moment. Donuts were fast and tasty.

Dunkin has the best coffee. I actually got hot coffee which is hard to do considering I always have a large with 10 creams 10 sugars. Yes I like a little coffee with my cream and sugar😁, anywho the girl at the window was super nice and order was correct and didn't have to repeat anything. Idk y people don't like this Dunkin it's my goto when I go to the Walmart there😁

Love ordering ahead and picking it up inside. I avoid the massive drive through line almost every day and have never had to wait for my drink once I arrive at the shop.
