Chanticlear Pizza

This place has to be the best pizza place ever created!! I never heard of Chanticleer pizza in the south metro but by far the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life!! It’s all made by scratch, very fresh, and when delivered seems like it just came out of the oven!! They make fresh dough everyday!! Nothing beats that!! Fresh dough has the best flavor, not frozen or processed which makes a whole lot of difference!! I recommend going to the Andover location at all times!! Do not waste time at any other location! Whoever owns this place must take this place very seriously considering I’ve ordered at other locations and not at all do I ever have as great of customer service and quality. My favorite pizza to order is the chicken alfredo w mushroom, thin crust, with 2 sides of jalapeño ranch dipping sauce. Most importantly their chanti sticks!! Their chanti sticks are soo bomb with a side of jalapeño ranch or garlic butter!! If you order their pasta order a side of garlic cheese toast w xtra garlic butter on the side!! The cheese toast makes it soo much better!! Great wings as well!! So exciting! Don’t hesitate when it comes to ordering your pizza and sides!!! When I’m ordering my food I always look for quality and freshness. I love Chanticlear because of their freshness❤️

I ordered a veggie pizza as always online it was delivered with another pizza that was ordered also. I opened the box and there was Canadian bacon on half of my veggie pizza I called and they said they would send out another pizza. My husband got a call and they said because it was ordered online they couldn't replace it. Now I am out a pizza because it had meat on it so much for dinner.

Placed an order online for pickup. When I got home, opened my pizzas and other items. All wrong. What I ordered was NOT what I received. I would never have put these items on my pizzas. Called the store and spoke to a manager that said their site was having issues and they are working on it, said sorry, then hung up. Their prices aren't cheap, and half my food was inedible. Nice customer service. They knew about the issue, and opted NOT to let me know when I picked up my order. I would have waited to have it fixed. I would have brought it back to have it fixed. Lost my business, which is unfortunate because they were our go to pizza place.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, we were told a 45 minute wait time. After 1hour and 10 minutes we called to check when it would be delivered. We were told the driver was just leaving. We asked, "will it be hot?" We were assured it would be but, when we received it, it was iced cold. This used to be our favorite place for pizza. I will be finding a new place. Maybe they might be a little cheaper.
