Staff always friendly, with speedy service. But gloves are barely changed between each sandwich/order so cross contamination is definitely something to watch out for.

Exactly what you expect really, polite and friendly service. Clean tables. Visited easily 5 times to get the same level of service at each times during both quiet and peak times.

I haven't had a bad sandwich yet. I have 3 girls and my husband always order different subs, I stick to two but they are always good fresh and filling. Due to covid they have put tables next to the fridge to keep distance but I'm in a wheelchair and can't see what they have which is frustrating not that it's a fault but that's the only problem I have. Staff always seem clean and listen to you, in other subways I've had to shout and repeat myself and stop them doing things I haven't asked for. Every time we have had subway in store or online they have been amazing.
