Well, it's a mcdonalds, so you can pretty much get what you would expect in most mcdonalds. The parking is limited, and the drive thru is small but adequate. There is outdoor seating at the front, plus ground floor and upstairs seating. The upstairs is probably the best, with slightly better views out of the huge windows. There is a lift between the 2 floors as well as stairs, and there are activity booklets and crayons for kids. The toilets weren't the cleanest, with one of them not flushing at all, so loses 1 star. Ordering wasn't possible from the counter, it was self ordering touch screens only, of which 2 were out of order, so there was a queue to order, plus the printer wasn't working so you have to remember your order number before it disappears off the screen.
It's a McDonald's so you pretty much know what to expect.
With the new digital ordering stations downstairs it felt very cramped. Toilets are upstairs along with more seating (which had a better, more spacious layout) and there was a disabled lift to get to the loos upstairs.
Parking was sufficient and it also has a drive through.
We ordered for service to table and only had one item. It also wasn't particularly busy but service took a while.
Again it's a McDonald's, so you kind of know what you're getting.
It's McDonald's. What do you expect..
Only just opened up for the day, so there no food on the floor and clean toilets on this visit. Food was warm as freshly cooked. We prefer it that way. Still never looks like the photos but it filled a gap.
I normally only leave reviews when I have a negative experience but I have been to this McDonald's many times during different times of day and all but on one visit my order has always been correct, burgers look like they're actually tried to put a effort into making it look appetizing, fries are always hot and crispy like they've just been fried fresh which is unlike most others I've been to.
On the down side my sprite is almost always flat and tastes watered down 🙁
9/10 this is my go to McDonald's!
I don't normally eat at Mc Donald's but they have some better burgers on the menu now especially there vegan options and that's what the grand kids wanted. The carpark is small so we parked next door they do have a drive through. They have kids tablets upstairs to keep them entertained. So the full experience was good I would eat there again.
So I'm not a Mc D fan but they have added a few new burgers to their menu and they aren't that bad. Went there because our co-travellers are vegan and the other fast food outlets vegan options aren't that good. At this Mc D's there isn't much parking as it gets busy, we parked next door which was empty (after 1800). The shop has an upper floor there are tablets on the high table and colouring for the kids. The food was cooked well and it was tasty the toilets are clean and we didn't wait long for our table service. so a good 4 out of 5 if your hungry you'll do well eating here
Popped in for breakfast. Food lovely and hot.. Not too busy..
So I have ordered from both McDonald's in Andover. Breakfast and dinner menu's. I gave visited them also. Both seem clean. Parking is fine even though both seem busy most of the time. Always been warm/hot. It's McDonald's so taste is good but nothing to rage about. Taste is what I would expect from McDonald's.
I know it's just another McDonald's but the customer service was really good. That deserves praise. Well done McDonald's 👏
Possibly the most 'restaurant' feeling McDonald's I've visited, the service was brilliant - table service was extremely well mannered and efficient and I don't remember ever being asked if everything was ok before this visit!
