Really lovely evening meal with friends: they managed to seat us 5 with no wait in a nice bay window seat. The meals were lovely and the staff were friendly. Very happy and would recommend it for a meal out.

I initially expected typical pub fare, but the Rose pleasantly surprised me. They offer more refined cuisine with excellent flavors, including hand-cut chips. While the food is elevated, the atmosphere retains a lovely pub feel.
