I had ordered Subway for myself and my staff (6 rolls/wraps) for lunch and had it delivered through Menulog. One of the rolls delivered was a 6” instead of the footlong that was ordered. I called the store and spoke to Sophie and explained to her. She offered a store credit but I asked if I could have it delivered instead because my order was delivered. She spoke to her boss and I heard her offer to drop it off. Sophie was really polite on the phone and I appreciate her driving the 15 minutes to drop off the roll and they also gave us 6 free cookies.

Amazing!! Placed an uber eats order through this store and asked for extra extra olivies, usually when I order from different subway locations they never put enough olives but whoever made mine put the perfect amount and they wrote a little note on the sub saying "hope this is enough olives". Literally made my day thank you so much 😊

Subway stores are mostly all the same. Except this one. Service, staff and pricing quirks are the differentiators.
All subway stores have their Meatball Mozza Pot at $3.50. Yet this one has it for $3.95. It would need Sherlock Holmes and Einstein on the case to work that one out.
Also this store needs to sort out their Subway app scanner/reader. It never recognises offers or credits after scanning. This problem does not happen at other subway stores.

Extremely rude, went with my daughter, server served my daughter but not me.

Well I was a regular but that will be no more, this morning I went almost a HOUR AND A HALF after they opened. Open sign was on, 9AM, and when I go to walk in the doors were locked. After attempting to open the doors as I thought they may have been stuck, I looked inside and knocked on the door, both staff who were working ignored me. The staff have always been rude but I put up with it for convenience as this is on my way to work. I will not be returning and would not recommend this store!
