What a quirky little cracker. Some amazing home cooked food in a cozy and welcoming venue. Almost a 5 star spot but the service was a little chaotic but the staff are friendly and accommodating if a little rushed. I had the chicken curry and it was absolutely delightful! Would not hesitate to try again if I was in the area.

Brilliant place. Was busy when we arrived but by the time we ordered a drink we had our table. Food was delicious. I had a burger and it was cooked perfectly. My friend had chilli and the portion was really big. Chocolate cheesecake for her dessert and sticky toffee pudding for myself and both were thoroughly enjoyed. Staff worked extremely hard as it was busy, but still joked and smiled with the customers.

My husband and I have been here a few times on the off-peak season, and it's been great. We even got to have the pub dog eat with us, which I loved! This time, we were here in the summer holidays, and it was mobbed. The staff were brilliant. Even though we had to wait for a table, the staff were keeping us informed that they knew we were waiting, etc, and didn't just ignore us. We had a bit of a wait, which was absolutely fine. When the food came out, it was a large, plateful, and delicious. The staff were very attentive, and even though they were so busy, they still had time to chat back and forth, giving us great customer service. I didn't get many pictures of the food this time because we were all so hungry. The burgers are always so tasty, but the star of the show was the chicken cesar salad. It's one of the best ones I've had! Yummy!! We will be back again. You just couldn't fault this place.

This is the first time trying this restaurant even though we’ve been to Aviemore before. I really regret not coming earlier. The food choice was so much wider, food so much better than other restaurants we have gone to and was a welcome relief to have things other than chips on the menu. Service was amazing too, the waitress that served us was lovely. We will definitely return.
