December and big hamburgers. We saw the pub on our way to a weekend getaway, they were hosting an Easter fair for the children and decided to stop for lunch on our way back to London. There’s paid parking just behind it.
One of the worst pubs I have ever visited. I went only once and I will never set foot there again. There were drunk men everywhere, and my wife felt harassed. The bar was barely functioning with only two people working, and the food was just acceptable. The atmosphere was hostile. I do not recommend it for families.

Great lunch, very reasonable prices. I had the mixer option, choosing 8 oz steak, sweet potato fries and salad, plus sauce. All very good quality. Would definitely return if we were in the area again.
