Just popped in for a light lunch takeaway after reading the reviews went for the chaat bombs and weren't disappointed so delicious so perfectly spiced and light and refreshing! Also tried the samosas also fantastic. Well worth a visit if in Bakewell fast friendly service great food at good prices.

Great authentic Pakistani food with a modern twist, excellent service and all Halal. Definitely try if in Bakewell! Keema fries and mango lassi are a must have too. Overall fantastic experience!

My husband and I came here tonight for dinner. We are both vegan and this place is definitely vegan-friendly. We ordered the chaat bombs, homemade samosas, lahori chikkar chanay and mum’s school vegetable curry. From the first bite we were blown away by the depth of flavour and how fresh everything tasted! It was absolutely delicious and it only cost us £10.50 each for two starters, two mains and side (pilau rice). We only have two nights in Bakewell and wanted to try other restaurants but we think we are going to come back tomorrow - it’s that good!
This is a real family-run restaurant, with recipes designed by the mum and tweaked by the son. We got chatting to the son who told us they wanted to cook the kind of food they really ate at home. Authentic, family-run, delicious (not to mention cheap!)… the perfect restaurant. Thank you Sahil Street Food - and see you tomorrow!
