Came into Starbucks today to get a coffee. I was served by Rafa, he was really helpful and recommended me a mocha which is now my new favourite coffee. I’ve been to this Starbucks many times and everyone on their team is always very friendly and polite. Overall, this Starbucks has great coffee and service and I will definitely be back soon!

Visit quite often on our way out somewhere. On the whole, no issues. But there have been a number of recurring instances where staff just can't be bothered for customers. Simple questions get mistaken for accusations or dismissed without thought or care. Also, there is a bit of a lack of urgency. When service picks up, the staff do not. It can often feel like they can't be bothered being there. Perhaps a motivational opportunity for management who, upon last visit, openly admitted not being present enough on site.

A huge thank you to Sean and the Starbucks team on Friday night 2/12. My husband and I. We were waiting for AA relay truck for the third leg of a long journey from Heathrow to take us back to Derbyshire (car had had catalytic converter stolen whilst we were on holiday). We had had very little sleep after a long haul fight and we’re desperate do you get ourselves and our car back to Derbyshire. Sean kept us supplied with coffee for the journey home. Thank you once again for accommodating us in Starbucks you really are kind people and it doesn’t take much more than a coffee and a smile sometimes to support people when life goes a curved ball. Good coffee, but painfully slow service. Even when there are only a couple of people ahead of you, you're guaranteed to wait at least 10 minutes.
Update: the service seems to have improved recently. I didn't have to wait long at all for the coffee to come out.

For a service station coffee shop this Starbucks is very good, prices are slightly inflated but not as much as at the Costa at Peterborough Services. It was relatively quiet when I visited, so service was fairly quick. Coffee tasted fine, have had better from Starbucks though.
