Decent chippy right outside the campsite/zoo gates. Normally rather busy but you don't have to wait too long. They sell all the normal chip shop stuff plus kebabs, pizza and burgers. Not to badly priced

Very friendly staff and fantastic service.
They do a wide selection of food and it is very good quality food.
They also have a arrangements with the pub next door and you can eat your in the pub or go for a quick drink while you wait for your food.

Very nice food. Service was a tad slow but it was very busy so I can't really blame them. There's a pub/bar next door which they allow you to take your food in. A lot of people went for a drink while waiting for food. There is also a sit in area should you wish to eat in the chippy. Plenty of parking outside too. Highly recommend if your staying in the area

Great take away, good value and choice and friendly staff.
Was very handy for our stay at nearby Applewood and you can take a pew next door at the pub too to munch your meal.
Did not put 5 star only due to Covid restrictions not followed, allowing more in than on the sign on door and markings inside, and some customers allowed in unmasked.

Really Great fish and chips. Fried chicken is also delicious. Really friendly guys there too!! Would be great if you could pay by card too however. Recommend!!!!
