Yokoso Japan

I love this place. If you want authentic Japanese cuisine, look no further. I’ve dined in once (I definitely will be again), and I order takeaway often. The food is incredible (my favourites are the croquette curry and the ramen vegetable soup. The green tea is unlike any other!!) The servers are very kind and attentive and the atmosphere is lovely and cosy in the restaurant. You don’t have to wait long for the food at all, and it’s of an incredibly high standard with fresh ingredients. Delivery is always super speedy, and I definitely rely on this place after work / if I’m just craving Japanese food :) Cannot speak more highly of this place!

Very tasty chicken katsu curry, beautifully presented despite it being takeaway. Two points to flag, the skin on the chicken kept coming off, might be nice to remove it or cook it differently before putting it in the batter (not sure what the solution is). The second is if they can add a little bit more sauce, it was so delicious but not enough for the whole rice. First time trying this place and will definitely order again and try their other dishes.

A small secluded restaurant in High Barnet. Quite hidden so I wish more people visited. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The menu had a good selection of fresh food. All with affordable prices. Service was quite quick. Everything was clean and presentable. Meal tasted amazing. Large portions and for value for money. I had a a soup and the broth was very rich. Would definitely recommend going here and I will visit myself again!
