We visited on a Saturday in October and were lucky to get a table in this popular tea shop. The setting is idyllic-lovely walks through trees and a reservoir, a functioning historic mill, lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the setting in the warmer months. The tea shop itself is excellent. The staff are welcoming, the food is delicious and they have a surprisingly large variety of cakes on offer-about 20, all freshly made. We really enjoyed the lemon meringue cronut. They offer made to order pizzas using their own milled flour (delicious) and a range of sandwiches-we enjoyed their grilled cheese on sourdough. They also serve proper coffee! A perfect place for a spot of lunch or coffee and cake. Dogs are welcomed :)
We went to grab some lunch yesterday - Sunday lunchtime. We were scared quickly at a table that was clean and tidy. Great choice on menu, interesting flavours and combinations. Also happy to follow requests too. I ordered a brie and apple pizza - absolutely delicious and very hot. All fresh ingredients. This was followed by a kronut - fantastic range of cakes all washed down with a cuppa. 😊 always good to go back because the quality of food is so good.
Excellent service and food. Dog friendly. Highly recommended 😁
Nice place next to the old mill. Been here a few year's ago with Mrs T but had forgotten about it.... Pity you have to pay for the car park however I was cycling so it didn't matter to me
Planning a wedding so got Millers to cater for the engagement party. Picked them as have been to the Tea Room and loved it. Using the flour from Worsborough Mill gave it the added Barnsley touch.
Adam replied to emails and texts promptly. Clear structure for fees. Arrived at venue and set up, no drama, just left him to it. Joined by his assistant Molly who was fab.
Steady flow of delicious pizzas throughout the night, good range including vegan option, very happy friends and family.
Booked for wedding 😁.
we love Millers. the coffee is always great - the best amongst the dog-walking places we visit daily around north sheffield, barnsley and rotherham.
and the food is brilliant! proper Italian-inspired pizzas, fab sweet pastries and cakes, and great hot sarnies.
today we got to try a Yorkshire stack sarnie - and what a stack!!! sausages, bacon, tomatoes and egg on a lovely roll. it needed a knife and fork, but was absolutely delicious!!
you know we will be back - probably tomorrow!
we had late lunch on thursday. the pizza dough was made from local flour. the sour bread of miller lunch was dry and tough to chew. the tea we had are nice. staff are friendly. free wifi uses Bransley council.
Called in for a coffee whilst passing (first time been in) and I was impressed with how friendly the staff were. Very warm and welcoming with really great coffee too. Cakes and food looked great but we only had two coffees each - next time will definitely try a cake though. Will return.
Excellent service. Gorgeous food/cakes and drinks. A service with a smile, always made to feel really welcome 😁
Fantastic food in the grounds of Worsbrough Mill, dog friendly in one side, other side seated relaxed area. Great cakes, and food made onsite, lot of bread made in bakery with milled flour from Mill itself. Relaxed atmosphere, seats outside round back plenty of outdoor space. Speciality board, the best Special baked beans anywhere and the most amazing cakes and coffees, Frazers of Sheffield coffee. Great for a walk & food or a special trip for a good menu choice. Stonebaked pizzas a must! Can also be put together to bake at home which is even better, and a great idea
