I came here after receiving some bad news. I sat with my family, and the two ladies working that Sunday shift were so lovely, welcoming, and informative. The young girl behind the counter, who I’ve dubbed ‘Gem’ made sure what I got was suitable for my diet requirement (vegetarian) and the other lady made us feel as welcome. Generally not an area I visit often but if I’m in the area again, Gem and Mandy will get my custom again.

This Costa in Barnsley is a true delight! The staff's amazing customer service and warm greetings make you feel right at home. The cozy ambiance adds to the pleasant experience. It's a perfect place to enjoy excellent coffee and complete any work. I have been coming here a few lunch times a week. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Had had bad service at this Costa in the past but most recently was served by Leah who was super friendly and served us fast. She was the only one making drinks but they came out really fast and tasted great.

Every Friday i buy 10/12 coffees for staff at work. I am served quickly and efficiently. The manageress is extremely friendly and happy to help all the time.

Lovely staff who were working on Friday 18/2/22 (two ladies) extremely polite, helpful, kind and explained that I could have my frostino without coffee with made it tasted 10 times better!!

Nice enough inside, staff lovely. Just let down a bit by location. Looks a bit dingy stuck in the corner, with the bins not far away. But don't let that put you off. The place is clean and tidy inside 👍
