Greggs

I was queuing in the store today the staff were busy then 2 obvious drug addicts had a go at the staff for nothing one of them then threatened the staff said he will be back tomorrow to see you and you will lose your jobs. The young girl and the lady who served him stayed calm and professional was dealt with very professionally and what a good shop and staff they have all lovely hard workers. Special mention to Jo and Lauren were brilliant throughout in bad situation because family and children were present.

The store is always clean and tidy. Products seem to be refilled quickly and have very few of any empty products. The staff are friendly had have a smile for everyone and give a positive enter to there work and customer. I haven't as of yet had anything that isn't cooked to perfection. For in-store quality of produce, customer service and personal customer experience 100%. The only downside is the parking is limited which isn't often an issue however entering the car park area is easy but leaving the car park and getting back onto the main road has its own difficulties and you can only exit and rejoin the road going one direction safely.

It's a Greggs... Good nosh at good prices. I like it. Only downside to this store is its access to and from the main road. It sits right on a pretty bad junction with a pretty fast road on the right... so joining traffic is a bit "interesting" if you know it, you know what I am referring to... Other than that... 5* rating
