Cosy and welcoming. Delicious coconut king prawns in satay . Rich main dishes but totally worth it. Lovely staff and atmosphere

We had our wedding reception at the Pyne Arms at the start of the month and it was just perfect. Everything had been planned so well and decorated so beautifully. It was full of fairy lights and bunting which made it look so cosy. The tables were laid exactly the way we wanted and everything just seemed to be in the right place! The service was spot on, so friendly and so attentive. The food was just delicious, the meat for our roast was just mouth watering and all of our guests enjoyed the food. One quoting it was the best food he has ever had at a wedding- and he’s been to A LOT of weddings.
We also got to stay the night of our special day which made everything so much more relaxed and the room was even decorated just for us! It was all topped off in the morning with a well needed full English breakfast. Just perfect. We would more than recommend the Pyne Arms for food, B&B and of course your wedding reception! Thank you Amie & all the staff for going above & beyond.

Amazing food and excellent service, staff very friendly & welcoming. The pub itself was cosy, with some awesome pictures and very comfy chairs. It is in a lovely location with a good car park.
Coconut prawn starter and the Sea Bream on smoked salmon risotto were superb.

Really nice roast, everyone enjoyed it. Great gluten free options on roast all the sides were GF apart from Yorkshire sadly. Nut roast and meats all great. Would definitely be back.

Absolutely fabulous meal. We went to celebrate a birthday and it was certainly extra special. Service could not be faulted, very attentive. Enjoyed our food choices very much and the cocktails were amazing!

We had a weekend booked away with friends and hadn't pre planned or booked anywhere to eat however we did a little research and knew there was a local pub to where we were staying so we turned up on a Friday hoping to eat. They were fully booked however accommodated us and were super lovely! The food was absolutely amazing and so we went there again today and were not disappointed. For a restaurant fairly remote, we were shocked as felt more fine dining. Thank you so much x

Superb village pub serving high end top quality food....
Scotch egg starter and Coconut prawns starter which was superb.
I had the Cod and Chips which where superb the Mrs had Sea Bream risotto which was also superb..
Service was excellent and the place is a joy to sit...
