Good food. Good service.
I used to go weekly but only go for special occasions now as it's got too expensive.
I love their curry but have to ask for no peppers, no carrots. I don't know of any other Chinese to put large pieces of these vegetables in the dish. They didn't put these in when they first opened,

Lunchtime Friday for this family of 3, restaurant was half full. Attentive staff and relaxing atmosphere. There was a lunchtime special set menu that looked great yet we opted for the multi-dish share affair and really enjoyed all that arrived n front of us. Dishes included starter sharing platter, Hong Kong Duck, beef on sizzling platter, chilli pork, fried rice and House noodles. They also provide a set evening menu, we'll try that next time!

Excellent food with some of the best ribs and roasted duck I have eaten. I've been back a couple of times. Very polite staff. Prices are reasonable. Had the Tom yum soup not quite as spicy as expected but tasted great. Highly recommended

Best Chinese in Barnstaple. When I am in this town I always eat here. The menu has a good selection. The service and staff are always efficient and friendly. This place is always busy, so I recommend making reservations. The food is excellent, I've been eating here for years and never been disappointed. The samba chicken is divine if you like something hot.If in Barnstaple and you are looking for a Chinese restaurant, try and get a reservation here

We ate here for the first time 2 nights ago, what a treat. The food was delicious, the service was superb, even though the restaurant was very busy, everything was served very quickly and with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

Great restaurant! The food was excellent 👌 we had a choice of starters, ribs and then two mains and rice. The duck samba was spicy and delicious - and the sizzling chicken with ginger and spring onion was also excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. Couldn't fault it.

Had the 2 person sharing banquet- which is £29.50 per person- absolutely amazing. Brilliant service and the food was delicious and plentiful.

Always love this place. Quality food, a good choice of drinks in pleasant surroundings. Strangely on this occasion I paid on card and had zero cash and found myself unable to leave a tip as they don't allow tips on cards. Very strange in these increasingly cashless days.
