Myself and my boyfriend booked a last minute table here tonight and we were so impressed with the staff. They truly shone. Special mention to Gaynor, who gave us a really warm welcome and showed us to our table and Brook who was our waitress. She was so friendly, with a lovely smile. We will definitely be coming to see you again. Keep being you!

Family of four, 2 adults 2 children, had starters mains and children had desserts for less than £43 to INCLUDE drinks! Not only fantastic value, unbeatable, but to quality to include steaks! Wonderful choice and variety including children's menu. Despite being busy, half term week, good speed of service - fantastic first class service from Chelsea, a real credit to the pub! Highly recommended - great ambience too.

We go to Barum Gate quite often to take advantage of their great 2 meals for £10 offer during the week. Today we met my Dad there for a birthday lunch with my daughter (2.5 years), elderly (celiac) grandmother and my husband. We hadn't booked in advance but were given a really comfortable table. My daughter was given some colouring sheets and high chair immediately and my nan was provided with a gluten free menu. Plenty of options for her and Gaynor really went above and beyond to make sure she was accommodated well (even changed cutlery on the table etc that had not been washed near any contaminated crockery!) The food is really generously portioned and great value. As well as bringing a cake I'd bought over to the table, they gave my Dad (the birthday boy) a little box of chocolates! A really lovely, accommodating atmosphere. Highly recommended. 4 mains and a generous starter with a couple drinks came to just over £30. Amazing 👏 thank you!

I looked at the reviews before coming here and to be honest if wasn't convenient we would have gone elsewhere. Well I was wrong we has a fabulous pub dinner, nothing fancy just a nice meal. It was all laid out very covid compliant and nice and clean. The staff see I was struggling to walk so they freed up a table close by. One tiny complaint our waitress rushed us although it wasn't busy. Thanks i was in a lot of discomfort but you made the evening for me. Just one thing the meal deal is definitely worth but be careful because they have some really cheap deals anyway.
