We went for the lunch buffet 26/4/18 and only one server and she was fantastic. That girl deserves a raise, promotion and a bonus she was rushed off her feet but remained calm and polite and was the epitome of a server.
Never go to Pizza Hut but just eaten there for the first time and wondering why I've never eaten there, the salad bar is great! The pizza is good and the girls waiting and on the till where great, polite and friendly! You should be proud of your staff, their all doing a great job! Definitely coming back, cheers!
Always an enjoyable experience eating at this pizza hut. Food is always consistently served at the high standard that you expect. We regularly take advantage of the 2 for 1 on the meerkat meals which is fantastic value. Would like to make a special mention to Rebecaa who's customer service has been excellent on the past few visits and she is definitely an asset to the restaurant.

Our experience with pizza hut was an absolute joy. They were professional and kind and went out of their way to accommodate our situation. The price, the unlimited Buffet was unreal you guys have the best salad bar. The pizza was yummy and so many different toppings and the unlimited ice cream with toppings was out this world 👌unlimited drinks as well we both tried strawberry Pepsi highly recommend for the price defo couldn’t complain great value for money we went for lunch we couldn’t eat our tea filled us right up 😀

Place was very clean. Staff were excellent. The food was very tasty. Fresh and hot. Didn't taste fatty.. I had the all inclusive buffet. Pizza, salad, ice cream and bottomless drinks.
I will visit again. 10 out of 10 I give them.

I visited pizza hut Barnstaple this evening for the first time and it was a very positive experience. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. The food was excellent and the cleanliness to a very high standard to the point that everyone was asked to sanitise their hands prior to entry in the restaurant and the staff were busy cleaning the tables frequently. I really liked visiting this restaurant and would definitely return. This is how a restaurant should be run. A big well done to the manager and their team. A credit to pizza hut 🍕😁👏👏👏👏

This branch is run by a wonderful, really welcoming & professional team. In particular, Sam & Rebecca are really a credit to Hospitality. Despite being a really busy restaurant, and the fact that we could see Rebecca did not stop working for one moment, she was really warm & helpful. She took care of all Accessibility needs & was really thorough in ensuring a good experience for us as customers.
We have used this branch many times specifically because of the staff. Sam is often working hard behind the scenes, and is unfailingly professional & welcoming when we see him.
We really value the care Rebecca takes of us, and it is the standard of service that brings us back repeatedly.
The food is always fresh & well made.
At the buffet, the items are replenished & varied, despite the pressure of the lunch time rush.
We can’t recommend them enough.
Always very accomodating for our personal requirements. I've never had a problem with anything in pizza hut, maybe the price is a bit steep but can't fault the workers and quality of pizza
