Visited today for the first time. Fabulous location next to the canal. Sat outside as the weather was so warm. There were plenty of seat with easy access and some with shade. A dogs bowl of clean water was provided. Drinks were a good price. Food wasn’t being served after 4.30. Not sure if this was due to the weather but it didn’t detract from the glorious setting. One place I’d come to again.

I love the Navigation Inn - always so welcoming. Their food is great and I like the fact that they have a good selection of desserts, as well as typical hearty 'pub grub', as often that's all I want as an energy boost when out walking along the beautiful surrounding tow/footpaths, fields & riverside. They are also very dog friendly, which is a winner for me. The inside is traditonal & cosy. The outdoor, waterside terrace is perfect on a nicer day. Thank you

I do love the pub and atmosphere, the food is nice, and the drinks are good, but it's marginally let down by its accessibility. There really is not a lot of areas to park except the local neighbourhood. Also, we have arrived by boat before at the back and again very, very limited ability to moor boats unless it's right by the gate where you could step out. I wish it was a bit more accessible with a slight docking area to get out and walk to the back garden gate as it's a bit precarious and it would make it so much better if you were joining them from the river. Still, a pub worth going to.

Very friendly pub with views of the river and a niced relaxed atmosphere. One nice generous touch is all the roast potatoes left over from Sunday service were placed on the bar for free. With gravy! Yum.

After a while of not being here, being here was as welcoming as I ever remembered. Great outdoors area next to the canal creating a soothing, relaxing place after a longish walk. Nice drop of vino (Picpoul de Pinet) and the food looked smashing, didn't try it on this occasion but will do next visit.

A nice pub to take a break from your daily routine. Tasty food, beautiful surroundings and, above all, a quiet place with an excellent location by the water.

This place is absolutely amazing! As soon as we walked in were greeted with a lovely warm welcome. We ordered our drinks and they were ice cold exactly to how we wanted them to be in this heat. Mentioned we had a table booked for 2:30, were arrived forty mins early still were shown to our reserved table. We ordered our food after sitting down for 10 mins and no word of a lie the food came to us 20/30mins later and OMG the food did not disappoint it was absolutely beautiful, well presented well cooked perfect! I had fish and chips which were beautifully cooked and well presented. My brother had the Lasagne again looked amazing and he really enjoyed it and he's a real foodie. My daughter had a toasted sandwich and she loved it. Again the service and food was perfect. Already planning to come again and will go for the lasagne and then I will come again and go for the pie. This place is a gem! Loved it here and would highly recommend anyone to come here and enjoy the food with it's beautiful surroundings. Thank you, a beautiful lunch 👍🏽👍🏽
