I'm a European truck driver I used to frequent Barry 7 years ago on a regular basis with my last job and tbh the take aways wasn't that good I stumbled on island grill tonight read the reviews and I've got to say without question the mixed grill I've just received is top draw I wouldn't hesitate to order again it was over the phone for delivery the staff was helpful and the delivery driver was very polite and no ridiculous delivery charge myself am greatful for there service Im just a lil gutted I don't get down this way to often these days belly full ready for bed now bravo island grill

Regularly go to island grill for the mixed grill which is top notch. Decided to treat the kids (all from same place makes sense rather than a trip to mcd's) had usual mixed grill, kids pizza meal and chicken nugget meal. Nugget meal comparible if not better than mcd's. Kids demolished it and mixed grill spot on as always. Highly recommended 👌

Amazing food. Always lovely and fresh and the staff are lovely. If a mistake is made they will happily sort it for you.
The lamb is just stunning with the pitta, rice and salad. Authentic tasting and cooked to perfection every single time

Well, what can I say... Totally awesome food! The Sea Bass was a total delight. Cooked to perfection, not overcooked at all, subtly spicied, on a bed of fries, with a side salad that was fresh. I will definitely be enjoying food from Island Grill again. Thank you for such a tasty treat.

Any time I go to Barry, I gotta go to Island Grill. I went yesterday with a couple of friends. I had the Chicken Shish. It was absolutely delicious. It came with lovely fresh salad, fresh Naan bread and the chips were perfect. The place is spotless, food is tremendous and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place.
