Delivery through Deliveroo arrived short. Rang KFC in Barry and a very helpful young lady answered and delivered the missing items within 10 minutes in her own car. Thank you Estelle, great customer service.

Like every other KFC. Service was good, usually the food is good but not on this occasion they had no salad for the fillet burgers and that ruined it for me.

Very quiet so disappointing it was kept clean, always bothers me when an establishment doesn't keep front of house clean ... what's it like beyond the public gaze???..... apart from that the food tasted as a good KFC should

Pretty quick service, but to me the food was not really hot enough and the drinks were flat. Not sure if I will go back for a takeaway, but maybe will try to eat in the restaurant part the next time. Prices were reasonable for what we had. I will say a big congratulations to the photographer who takes the pictures for KFC, because the size of the chicken burgers in comparison to what you get is amazing, I just want the same food as they show the pictures of. Flavours and taste was lovely, as insaid just not hot enough and we only live 5 mins away from the shop.

Service can be a little slow but the staff are polite and patient. The food I've ordered has always been on point. That's why I go there.

Fast and efficient service. Order was correct. Chicken and chips were a little over cooked but strips and hot wings were fresh and perfect. Gravy was thick, as usual.
