A couple of years ago, I complained about the soggy batter and white soft chips. I was contacted by their head office and was sent a voucher which I never used because who wants to eat badly again? HOWEVER, three months ago we decided to check if things had changed. Been back quite often since and it is now back to a great Fish and chip bar. Portions are good and tasty , plenty of nice brown dry chips that even have some crunch to them. Credit to the staff who have brought about this transformation and thanks for giving us our local Chappie again.

Have been here in Brighton Hill numerous times in recent weeks and have gained a very good experience each time. Being celiac certain requirements are needed. Logan has been so knowledgeable and his management skills have been impeccable. Great little chippy, good food and service and can help out with telephone orders. Only thing, a large chips has now been reduced in size which is a shame. Used to get large chips in a box so would be a great size for sharing or families but now portion size is smaller. Apart from that, a good little friendly local chippy.
