Absolutely disgusting. Very poor customer service food arrived cold when phone to complain was told that it was the driver I could do about it have not recorded from this place for months and never will again it should be closed down or refuse a bad company and the owner do not care.

Kebab was grease cold had 3 mouth fulls as to grease and went to bed hungry woke up at 3 am being sick can't get off the loo pizza was cold not much topping on pizza chicken nugget were cheap cardboard flavoured chicken wouldn't recommend to anybody I would day not fit for human consumption

What a joke. ordered at 6:30.Called them at 8 to ask where the pizza was, they called me back at 9:30 to tell me my house number is not at the street or my house disappeared or something. 0 interest in customer literally. Just cancel my order and let me know so i can eat something else please.

Terrible food. Terrible attendance to the public. The food arrives cold, people are unsympathetic. I do not recommend! My order didn't arrive today. I complained to Just Ray directly and on the elt website They had placed how the order was delivered. My luck is that we have CCTV at home and I said I could send the cameras for them to see They demand that the customer go to the main road instead of even coming to the door. I repeat, disgusting food, cold and full of fat! I do not recommend!!!!! It is not the first time that I order with them, unfortunately in the area I live, they are the only ones who deliver Today I tried to give it a try again and it didn't go well again.

I had the 2 for 1 pizza deal, the was amazing it was on par with Dominos

I am usually a firm Dominos pizza fan, but given its half term and I have two hungry teens we went for the biggest pizza and a side order from Pizza world. It arrived in good time (ordered at 12:30pm on a Monday) , but was cold.
The pizza had barely any topping, if it wasn't for the box and the size, I'd have assumed it was from the basic range at Iceland. As a result the flavour is lost to the dough.
Wish I had read the reviews beforehand, kinda wish the restaurant would read the reviews as it looks like a long and on going issue which could be resolved and turned around.
In the future I will stick to Dominos, at least there is flavour and consistency. You get what you pay for.

Disgusting. When it arrived it was stone cold. The pizza base was very dry and had virtually no topping. We paid for extra meatballs, lucky if we got 7.
The garlic bread was bone dry and did not taste of garlic at all. The cheesy chips had about a tablespoon of cheese on. Never again, avoid this place at all costs a, complete waste of money.

Ordered a meal deal. It arrived 45 minutes late with a kebab missing. Called and complained. He told me it would be half an hour. Just eat called me and said it’s a menu error and they aren’t replacing it. Yet the exact same meal deal is on the menu that came through my door, just eat, diliveroo and their own website. So no it wasn’t an error they just didn’t want to bring it.
Food was cold late and soggy and I didn’t get half of it.
Don’t bother.
