My Brazilian flatmate recommended this cookie franchise to me the day before my day trip to Bath. Boy was I glad I bought a Ben's box - 7 cookies. These cookies are AMAZING. A bit on the sweet side though, but the chocolate chunks taste so good in these chewy & crispy cookies. They're huge too! Would definitely buy them again.
Lovely and soft cookies. Staff were practically mute though. The one girl collecting the cookies said "yes" before I told her what I wanted. She then passed the cookies to the girl on the till without another word. She said "just this?" And encouraged me to pay by tapping the card machine.
I arrived only few seconds before the closing, the employees were super nice! Even after a problem with the credit card machine.
