Cleaner than most, as in furniture clean and tables cleared! Considering you can't move for bumping into Costa Coffee venues and/or machines anywhere in SE England, it would be nice if they trained their staff, and those who stock their machines, properly in basic hygiene

Stopped enroute to different location. Salad we bought was really good although i felt overpriced

The food was good, but we only had cheese and ham toasties. Service was a bit weird, I had to wait to be served, even though there were four people, including the manager. The atmosphere was alright, not too busy as we went there during the week. Shame they don't offer milkshakes. Instead, frappe, which is not good for children.

drink sizes are huge! thought I’d lost my phone in the bathroom but thankfully someone had handed it in, lovely girls behind the counter :)

Clean tidy and nicely spaced out ...nice calm environment looks very good after the recent refurbishment. I had a lovely hot chocolate.
