Stephen was great. He knows chocolate and makes it here on site. It’s so nice when the owner has time to talk to customers and answer questions about his trade. If you’re looking for the normal American Hot chocolate, although he can make it, this is not your place. What you get here is a truly gourmet hot chocolate with your choice of chocolates.

Fast and friendly service provided by a charming young man, lovely little chocolate shop with inside and outside seating. Ordered a milk hot chocolate, and it was lovely 😍 the best I have had in Bath made from real chocolate, not powder, and brought to your table.
Sat outside in the sunshine. Had already eaten, but they had some lovely chocolate treats that I will try next time. The young man actually checked back with me that everything was ok with my hot chocolate, which is excellent service 👌 and quite unusual in most of today's establishments .

Best hot chocolate I’ve had in Bath by FAR! Very quiet when I went in, however the gentleman who served me was attentive and chatty. Had the choice for milk or dark chocolate, I chose dark which was lovely and rich but not bitter. Plenty of marshmallows were added in and on top the drink so good value! The cream was also real cream not just canned squirty cream which I really appreciated. Perfect creamy temperature, would definitely purchase again!
