Proper hand made sandwiches with love. Huge selection To choose from.
Can take a while and shop is quite small so when it’s busy invariably there will be a wait but I would suggest it’s worth it. Much nicer than Costa/Pret etc and you can get your coffee here too.

We order with Tom on a regular basis for our staff lunches. We tend to order around 30 individual sandwiches in which Tom and the team are very helpful and flexible with helping make sure everyone is catered for.

One of the best Sandwiches I have ever had!! Food and service are impeccable! I wish i had this place on my doorstep!! Will not go anywhere else for a when I'm in Bath! Save yourself from long queues for food in the Christmas markets and come here!!

5 of us came to Carter & Phiri to get lunch today after being recommend by a colleague. The servers were friendly and very very honest about the menu, for example they thought the vegan option wasn't great to warn our vegan friends but gave them the option to choose it if they still wanted to. The food was outstanding and cheap as well. I chose the make your own sandwich option and the egg mayo was made to order. We will 100% be going back when we are in Bath. Only bit of feedback from me would be to maybe modernise your ordering process, ie printing out the order to avoid asking customer a few times to refresh what they have asked for, and maybe to speed up the order process a little bit.
Other than that thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back.
