Waited in parking space for 30 minutes after going thru drive thru for 2 5 piece chicken tenders , was asked to park even without anyone behind me , kinda ridiculous

Went in there this morning and got a biscuit and sausage gravy and the gravy was just like water, it was awful. When I complained about it they said that's the way we make it. I've never been to any other parties that had runny gravy like that.

Tried to get lunch. The problem started at the drive thru. Sat for a while listening to conversation inside the restaurant. Placed my order and never heard anything else. Then I hear a voice say "hello". Then I was asked if I was going to pull up or not?
Handed my card in and was told they ran it 3 times and declined. Then they asked " what are you going to do?"
I left, only to use that same card at my next stop. No more lunchtime stops there!

Man we love some Hardee’s biscuits, but what’s with this new bacon beast biscuit? Pictures show a big biscuit with a ton of stuff on it, but what you really get is a tiny standard bacon egg and cheese. And it’s been twice now! What a joke. This is either a marketing scheme or the employees here refuse to make menu items properly.

Order here almost everyday and they mess up order every single time how hard is it to make 2 sausage and egg biscuits always missing either sausage or egg and countless time they didn't give me the unsweetened tea but yet I paid for it

Haven't been to Hardee's in years and it still has that same home feel with great prices and superb biscuits. The staff at this location was most courteous and helpful. I'll be returning regularly.

Ultimate omlet biscuit was tiny... had hardly nothing on it..more cheese than egg and very very little meat

Though the line was extremely long and constantly growing, I received friendly, helpful service from start to finish. My food was as good as it gets: freshly made, hot, and delicious.
