Actons Restaurant

First time visiting this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Food was delicious. Everyone in our party of four loved their food. I had a Bramble, and it was lovely, not too sweet, as I've found can be the case in other places. Service was very good, staff were pleasant and attentive. The place itself looks modern and clean. Parking nearby on the street can be tricky, we found it difficult to get a spot and ended up having a bit of a walk. We will be back to try some of the other dishes.

Was here tonight and it was absolutely beautiful. I have been to a few restaurants recently and the food here was perfect, the service was excellent, you couldn't fault one thing. With literally 2 members of staff servicing a nearly full restaurant was expert skills. They were very friendly, happy and got our meals perfect, I asked for no tomato on my burger, my friend asked for everything on his and my other friend asked for specific things to be removed from his and they got it spot on, most other places usually get something wrong. The starters were great and you got loads, I got the halloumi sticks with honey and chilli sauce and there were quite a few, I also got a small plate of hot wings because I can't pass them, there was about 7/8 on the plate. Both tasted fantastic and cooked to perfection. Dessert was the pecan pie, can't beat a good pecan pie, very tasty. And it was 3 courses for £24.95 bargain. Highly recommend Acton's and will definitely be returning and telling more people about it.

Excellent food, location and service. Can't recommend Acton's highly enough for a meal out. We attended last night for a family celebration as a party of 9 so got the chance to try most of the menu. There was a great section to choose from and everything was to a high standard. The food was all delicious and to a very high standard. We also tried the majority of the cocktail menu which were all excellent. The mango daquari was particularly good. Staff were also brilliant, very friendly and attentive. Thoroughly made the night a good one.

This is a wonderful restaurant! The food is delicious. I enjoyed the colorful plates and the little silver buckets that some of the dishes were served in as well. Very cool vibe and atmosphere. A mix between rustic and hipster according to my daughter. I'm not sure if they were short on servers but it seemed so as the server didn't come around often. She didn't come by after food delivered to see if we needed anything or how the food was. I had to ask another server for our check to be delivered. Still I would go back anytime as the food was so good.
