Perfect place for a glass of Puglian white, some remoulade, gougeres, tapenade and charcuterie. The quality of the food is excellent, using local Irish producers with high standards. Service is professional and knowledgeable. The ambience is ideal for a small get together, or larger gathering. Ox Cave, and Ox, are Belfast jewels.

Every time I come to Belfast I go to the OX Cave.
I like to stay there for a few hours and enjoy the tasting menu.
The service is exceptional and the manager, Mrs. Marta, has always proved to be very competent in proposing the right wines in combination with the food, revealing not only in-depth knowledge of the characteristics of the wines, but also of the menu offered. Beyond this, Mrs. Marta manages the place in a commendable way.
Everything is perfect!
Nowadays it is not easy to find such a capable and professional person.
I conclude by congratulating all the staff.

Who would have thought that one of my favorite wine bars on the planet would be in Belfast! They use a system to be able to pour individual glasses without spoiling the bottle which allows them to sell a wide variety of higher end wines by the glass. A must do if in Belfast!
