Iv been in a few times on a Saturday and think it's pure disgusting the way the manager speaks to the staff, iv heard them being shouted at for no reason. Not a way to treat staff especially when customers can hear. Manager should be sacked in my opinion
Would not recommend Costa Victoria square i love a smile with my coffee but felt uneasy in this store
