First time I've been. Food was excellent, great selection of drinks. And a great atmosphere. Definitely returning.

Happened upon this place by chance and popped in for an early lunch. Sat in the downstairs, recently refurbished restaurant and it was lovely. A very pleasant area and the food was excellent. Service was great as well. The young lady serving us was polite, attentive and accommodating when we deviated slightly from a menu item.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch today , the food was delicious and the service very friendly. Had a takeaway lunch for my husband who was working he’s just finished it ! Really enjoyed it . No cooking for me 😊 win win . Thankyou to the chef and staff 🤗

Wonderful family owned free house. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Well stocked bar. Well priced food served in pleasant restaurant. Best to make a booking as it is a very popular place. Made a return visit, just as enjoyable this time. Will be making a another visit next time we are in the area.

A fantastic little pub. A great selection of food and drink. The pan fried chicken and bacon in cheese sauce, served with homemade chips was amazing.
