I was in my local in Ripley and feeling peckish. I asked everyone in the pub “what’s the best place to get a donner kebab”? I expected to be told about places in Ripley, but almost everyone said The Taj in Belper. I ordered and took delivery within the hour. Wow, it was as good as it gets. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

The Taj is the place to go in Belper when in need of a kebab. Great menu selection with burgers, kebabs, pizzas, garlic breads and curries. Pretty much everything is catered for here.
Always been good from here and i've never had any problems with the food or service. Nice bunch of people, would recommend.

Good keebab with well flavoured tandoori chicken. Lamb kebab is tasty and not greasy. Option to eat in and lots of choices of soft drinks.

Probably the best kebabs in town since Freshbite stopped doing kebabs.
