Mall Road-indian Kitchen

Great authentic food alert!! This is now our favourite Indian on this side of Essex potentially all of Essex. Service was excellent, the staff knew their food really well, the owner is the head chef (delicious food). We had Priya and a young attentive waiter, didn't catch his name, both were super nice, we had a good chit chat with them. We dined on a rainy Saturday evening and the place was buzzing with groups and couples dinning. The prices are very reasonable and the cocktails are a must try. 5/5 from me and my husband.

My new favourite Indian. This is by some way the best tasting Indian food in the area. The menu is different to your typical Indian restaurant offering authentic cuisine, but you can ask for the common dishes too. I tried the Kadai chicken curry and it was superb. Genuinely one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxed and the service is superb. Special mention to Priyanka our waitress who was hilarious and very attentive. An absolute must try if you're local or visiting the area. 10/10

Had a fab Sunday lunch here. Street food style, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. A different type of Indian food. I think this is a special Sunday lunch menu and is excellent value and very generous portions. Fantastically friendly service with good explanations of the menu. We will be back!

Absolutely brilliant. Waitress serving us was fantastic, so sweet, very friendly and professional. What an asset! Food was amazing, very good and more interesting than the usual Indian restaurant. Waitress also surprised us with a complimentary desert which had 'Happy Anniversary' written on the plate in a fruit gel. What a lovely thought! Superb service! Can't wait to return, already planning what I'll eat next time. Thank you Mall Road!
