It’s the same coffee surely as other Starbucks outlets but the atmosphere is very cold, no character! no wonder Caffè Nero was packed with big que and Starbucks was empty

One of the lamest Starbucks you could ever visit. Has the ambience of an empty carpet showroom and is the least cosy place to have a coffee in town. Woeful interior design. Soulless atmosphere.
Grabbed a couple of takeaway coffees this morning. Grateful to see Starbucks open early on a Sunday morning. Received great service from the Barista Thea this morning. Whom was welcoming and not too much trouble attitude. Helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you Thea.
STAY AWAY. Made us lose 2 drivers and wait 2 hours for an order. Then messaged to say they no longer had the items and we had to cancel and we were charged £18.
